400 engine needs freshening up

I have 68 400 with headers, msd electronic ignition, performer intake,600 cfm e brock carb,3:55 gears and the rest is stock. Its got c heads but I have worn valve guides I was going to have a complete valve job done but I was thinking that while I'm in there I should install a comp cams cam, lifter, timing chain and new springs and keepers the complete kit # is K42-229-4. As far as push rods I was going to go with comp # 7845-16. I was going to go with Harland Sharp roller rockers S5003. What should I run for a carb? Is this a good set up? Any recommendations? Any input appreciated...
