So, my 64 ninety-eight has been having a problem with keeping running after a short drive. I’ve cleaned the carb pretty well. And I’ve changed the ignition coil cause previous owner wired the fuel pump to it and rewired the pump to a better power source. But it still bogs down, looses power and eventually stumbles to a stopafter short drives. I’m not sure what the problem is. Any thoughts of what the problem could be?

Perhaps a little more detail regarding what "dies" implies &/or refers to. The car completely shuts down "abruptly" - i.e. as in it completely shuts down - no lights, no horn, no radio, nothing in the electrical system operates? The car slowly loses "power", begins to misfire, begins to "bog" down, runs like a "limp dick" then eventually stops and you have to get it towed but the electrical remains operable? Is there 12V measured at the battery when the car shuts down (e.g. "dies")? Providing more detail as to what "dies" means will go much further in providing you w/ better diagnostics & troubleshooting options.
Now you are stating
Again....a little more detail. When it bogs down, loses power and stumbles to a stop...is the "electrical" system operating? Do you have lights? Does the horn work? Does the radio work. Does anything electrical "work"? Or, does nothing electrical operate?
Do you have 12V measured at the battery after the car stumbles to a stop? When you turn the key to the START position and attempt to start the car after it stumbles to a stop...does the starter engage and you can hear the car's engine turning over but it won't start, or does the starter not even engage the engine, or can you hear the starter solenoid "click" and attempt to start the car? Let's try to determine if this is an ignition issue, an electrical issue or a fuel delivery issue possibly.

Check ignition coil.
Then remove the gas cap to eliminate poor fuel tank venting.
Past that look into any and all fuel filters. 4GC has two brass mesh screen filters in primary and secondary fuel inlets. You may have a tank sock plugging.
