1971 delta 88 heater core

Well I started to notice a little smell of coolant in the cab of the car at the end of the last season so today I decided to look into it and sure enough its the heater core!!

I had it out in less than an hour which was not that bad of a task, so my next question will be is this a common part that i can just go to any parts store and order one???

I know I can bypass it for now but up here in the great white north we kinda need the heat!!! lol

SPECTRA PREMIUM / COOLING DEPOT Part # 94530 is what I saw on the Rock Auto site. Does not specify W/AC or WO/AC, The part looks a lot like the one in your picture though. I hope this helps out!

I envy you on the one hour. My 70 CS with air 4.5 hours out and in and fired up, made one bo-bo and pinched one of the vacum lines between the plenum box and firewall. Mac man used to work for Story Olds he said not to bad on the labor time!
