1969 442 w-z manifolds

What is the correct exhaust shield for my 1969 442?

No it is the one I believe on the left exhaust manifold where a heat riser connects to I've seen two different kinds and not sure which one is correct mine is a 1969 442 (non W-30).

The a/c compressor and muffler hide mine so good, I can't send ya a pic. Do you have pics of the 2 kinds you are reffering to?

That looks like the right one to me. I think the contoured ones are for a 350

FYI,

The heat riser tube took some work to fit. I was told [but I'm not really sure] there are/ were many variations of the tube. We had to cut, expand, redrill holes, etc. to get a good fit on the 69 455 H/O

Remember, the 68-70 units shield the pass manifold for the heat riser, the 71-74 shields the drivers side manifold for the heat riser. GOOD LUCK finding a mint original unit for either. That one posted above did not look original to me...
