I have another question! I am about to install my 400 engine into my 67 442 and the engine is a roller with taller valve covers! (Am I going have a clearance issue?) I just installed a new CPP 11" power booster and do not want to get a head of my self and if I need I need a smaller booster, who sells one that will work?

 

Yes you will have a clearance issue with the valve covers and the brake booster. Dual diaphragm 8 inch will work. Or shorter valve covers.

I put a dual diaphragm 9" booster on my 67. I found the dual 8" to have a harder pedal than I liked. I ended up with about 3/4" clearance between my taller VCs and the booster.

 

how much taller are your VC than stock? My Edelbrock VC #4485 are 2.9 tall and 1 1/4" taller than stock!
