1961 394 mechanical pump mount location

Hi all. I was wondering what's the best spot to mount a new electric fuel pump in a 61 88 since the space between the frame and the tank is very limited in that area.

If you are talking about the fuel pump, there is only one possible place to mount it on the engine if you are talking about an ELECTRIC fuel pump, they typically want to be as close to the tank as possible and mounted as low as possible on the frame.

I put a Holley 125 electric fuel pump on my 67 442 a while back and that particular model has a built in fuel pressure regular. Should work in your cramped work space.
