Iam looking at a 1971 Oldsmobile 442 convertible here in New Jersey. Can any of you recommend a reputable car inspection service for me to contact. If possible, I would prefer an individual or service that is very knowledgeable about these automobiles. I do see many inspection services available on the Internet, but prices vary considerably which creates an even more confusing situation as to which to choose.

I used SGS for an inspection of a 2004 Volkwagen Eurovan. They did a fairly good job. I got about 20 pictures and a three page listing with what is o.k. and what is bad, where the dents are and how big they appear. Cost 99$ and it is usually done within two days.
