'69 Olds H/O 455 4v valve train

Need some help looking for recommendations on valve seals - keepers - springs (brand - part numbers improvement products to consider) I've got a leaking seal in cylinder 4 (fouled plug) everything else on engine is fine; just in case I find something when I open it up need to have some parts just in case. Thanks

You are confident it's the stem seal not ring seal?
Are you doing this with the heads on or off?
How many miles/years on the heads?

If you trouble shot and are confident it's the seal, I'd verify the guide clearance before moving forward.
If the guides are gone, you are wasting your time. Time for a head refresh.

Comp Cams is a good source.
They will need to know the OEM cam profile.
If you can find the OEM spring rate, that's good info. I'll assume you are replacing all seals, keeps & springs.
