I used to have several W32 bulletins, with the original showing W42 being standard. They are currently MIA and this is the only one I have. I can't say with certainty whether this was it or there was an update after this.

It it was human, that car looks like its eyes were placed below its nose when it was born. The placing of the badge screws up everything else.

That kind of angled side stripe is popular on many modern cars….it doesnt lend itself well in this application tho

Many police vehicles also use a slanted stripe as part of the identifying emblem or graphics.

It is also used with ‘ghost’ graphics on stealth police vehicles, which are intentionally designed so not to be seen or identifiable. So why use them and waste taxpayers dollars?
