Run 'em or store 'em?
Run 'em or store 'em?
It's a been a looong time since I checked in.
Things are picking up for me so I am turning my thoughts to bringing my '70 W-30 back to land of the living.
The car is currently equipped with the slotted/grooved rotors. Should I pull these original pieces off the car and keep them? Or just run them until they need replaced?

I know what you mean. I faced that dilemna with mine last year. I don't have a trailer queen but it also doesn't get a lot of miles either so I left the OEM rotors on. Somewhere in the back of my head there's a little voice saying that repro rotors of the same style are being made. If I remember where I'll let you know.
In the meantime how critical is it in terms of just driving the car again?
