Rear deck lid trim on 69 442

While working on the trunk area of my 69 442, I noticed pre-drilled holes on the underside of the deck lid, near the outer edge where trim would be attached. Since I can’t find any info on my partially disintegrated build sheet - does anyone know if all 69 442’s came with the pre-drilled holes in the deck lid or did mine come with the optional trim when it was new?

All 1969 442 had a thin stainless molding at the bottom edge of the trunk that fastened from underneath the lid. I have a really nice used and polished one if you need one. PM me if interested.
