Production Period for 68 442

What was the production period for the 68 442? Trying to determine if my car was a early or later model.

Thanks,

Neither... week 5 January 68 is considered mid-production.
The 68 model year began sometime in August early September 1967 and went through June July of 1968.

01E = January (01), fifth week of that month (E), 1968. Yours is pretty much in the middle of the 1968 production year.

that’s odd. It has parchment seats and door trim. Which is original. Does have black top

That's what my '68 and '69 have - white with black interior and a black top. Your '68 and my '68 are nearly a match.

It has parchment seats and door trim.
Which is correct per your data tag.
