I'm mixed up, which is my original fan blade???
I have two fan blades, but I can not figure out which one is my original and which one was given to me years ago?
One fan has the outer edge of each blade squared off, and the other fan has the outer edge of the blade rounded off.
Both fans are 19.5" in diameter.
Both fans have the word "front" stamped and a circle with a "5" in the middle stamped on the fan assembly's center section.
No part numbers stamped on the front or back side of either fan assemblies.
Is one a Chevy and the other an Oldsmobile fan blade?
BTW, the car in question is a '70 442 w/ A/C & HD cooling.

Yo Rocket.....it's the black one. Not sure what the other fan is off of. Big block Chevys almost always used a 7 blade fan with the curved edge. So the straight edge fan is a mystery.

The answer to the question "Which of the two fans pictured is correct for a 1970 442?" is NEITHER.
