help..68 442 exhaust....
drivers side exhaust bolt has no head...any ideas how to remve without taking manifold out?
The passenger side came off thankfully, as the hot air stove pipe connector around manifold is still in place....
Thanks in advance

If you're a welder or know a welder you could weld a nut to it, soak it in PB blaster for about a week, heat it up, and pray.
I've also had moderate luck with vise grips (and lots of PB Blaster and heat), but I don't think you've got the room to have success with those.

If you take it off the car I know there's always the risk that you'll break off one of the bolts that go into the head. But if you had it off on a workbench it would be much easier to wrestle with it.

Given the rust in the photos, I think your chances of removing the bolt with the manifold in place are between slim and none. Pull the manifold, heat the area red hot, THEN try to remove the remains of the bolt with vicegrips. Failing that, try welding a nut to it, and failing that, it's time for a helicoil.
