Engine color
I also have a 1969 442, built in Oshawa, trying to find out what color the engine block would have originally been as well as the air filter housing.
400ci, Auto, Holiday coup. Thanks for any info. neilm

Welcome. Every single Olds 400 motor from 1965-1969 was bronze.

I moved this to a dedicated thread rather than hijacking one unrelated to engine color.

Olds bronze engine paint code would be much appreciated. I do have a local paint/body shop I use.

No US supplier will ship paint outside the USA.
I am looking for a supplier in Ontario, Canada that can get or has this Olds engine Bronze and Air cleaner Red.

A store called Rondex in Concord can also get engine paint for Olds.
