Date on cowl tag?
If my car was assembled during the 3rd week of October? Is that the 3rd “full” week, or is the first partial week of October included in the count? Thanks for any help.

My 69 cowl is 12C, date on broadcast cards is December 20, the build sheet date is December 26, protect-o-plate date is January 4, 1969. I think it includes partial weeks.

In that calendar, 09C is 9/13-17. 09A is partial. 9/1-9/3 would not be considered 8E. Think how many E cars you see; if you lost the partial week to the previous month, you'd see half as many.
