Since Oldsmobile always listed their cam duration specs at 0.000 and most manufactures list duration at 0.050 can anyone advise on comparable duration specifications for

the 285, 308, and 328 cams.

The "194" 308 cam is 232 @ 0.050" intake and exhaust with 0.296" lobe lift on a 113 lobe separation. If you have any of the 285 or 328 factory cams, I'll gladly check them for you.

 

Here's specs I got at a factory seminar in the early 1970s. There's a slight difference from anoldsman's numbers but either of our versions is enough to help you make your comparison.

285° advertised (part 400165) 220/222° at 0.050"
308° advertised (part 402194) 234/234° at 0.050"
328° advertised (part 402169) 244/244° at 0.050"
