71 442 econo gauge?

71 442 econo gauge?
my 71 has a small econo gauge right next to the light switch and it isnt working along with a couple other gauges, i was wondering if anyone else has seen that econo gauge? i know i never have, and also if there was a better place than Year One to send gauges to be recalibrated? thanks
