Is there any painted surfaces on the 3 hole dash bezel?

I do know that the flat surface is painted.

What about around the gauges?

 

The inner most rings are painted with the same black as the flat part up above. This is the first "ring" only on each guage.....the rings closest to the guage lenses.

Just the surface of the rings themselves....not the "steps" where they transition to the slightly larger diameter outer rings. Thin coats so you can avoid a ridge where you tape it off.
