69 442 Trunk Emblem Template?

My 442 has gone to the shop for body work and paint. Many years ago i replaced my rusted trunk lid with a Cutlass S lid. The holes were welded closed but I never put the holes for the 442 emblems in. I no longer have the original lid to make a template from so I am in desperate need for one before the car gets painted. I searched the internet but couldn't find any place to buy a template. Does anyone know where I can get an emblem template for a 69 convertible 442 lid? Anyone have a spare lid with the emblems removed they could take a rubbing from? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

I have the lid I took off my '69 442, I just did a rubbing. There is some rust at the lip, so it was separated, also the thin chrome piece on the lip was still in place.

I hope this helps.

Thanks Steve.
I really appreciate you doing this. I think this should help me out. The only problem is getting it to print out at the exact size. I copied the image and printed it but the image seems to scale differently as the distance between the holes is only 4" not 4.7". I guess I will just need to mess around with resizing it until I get it the correct size. Thanks again.
Regards,
Bill

Thank you very much Steve. I received the file and printed it out. It looks to be right at 4.7" so I think I'm good now. I really appreciate your help.

Regards,
Bill
