Can the instrument panel from a 67 Cutlass (the gray part that the switches and controls attach to) be a straight up swap on a 1966 442? If not a straight up swap what would be needed to complete the project?

They're identical except for the wiper switch mounting hole.

Is the area around the steering column larger on a 67 than a 66? I am trying to mate a 67 instrument panel to a 66. Thanks

Are you referring to the metal dash? The instrument panel doesn't extend down to the opening in the dash for the steering column.

Can I swap over to a 67 wiper switch to make the conversion easier?

On a 1966 442 instrument panel is there a cut out for the air conditioning outlet that is covered by the radio face plate? I am looking to buy a used panel but in the pictures there are three squares cut-out, one for the radio, one for the climate control, and I assume the air conditioning outlet. Is this the way all instrument panels were made? Thanks.

Are the delete plates hard to find? The reason I ask is because my dash does not have the delete plates. There is an aftermarket radio and a metal sign that reads "BOSS" screwed to the dash, so I would need the delete plates.
