1972 cutlasss/442 Which style keys work with which locks

I'd like to get new locks an matching keys for my 1972 442. which locks use which style keys { rd vs sq} including ign. doors, trunk, glove box, and council box lid

From the 1972 owner's manual. Note that 1972 uses the "C" blank for ignition and doors and the "D" blank for trunk, glovebox, and console.
