these were found on the 'net, the first Buick is original paint
paint code 67
Buick = burnished cinnamon
Chevrolet = classic copper
Oldsmobile = sienna
Pontiac = Castillian copper

 

My first 71 442 was Sienna with black stripes. With black/white interior. I always considered it a metallic "root beer brown" color. This pic I'll always remember the year, 1979, because it's on the price board at the Amoco station I worked at when I was fresh out of high school.

In a "then and now" shot, which is now a "way back then and not-so-now" shot in July 2008 when I visiting my dad back in Illinois, I "recreated" the picture sort of, but I was in my then-fairly new 2006 GMC truck. We stopped to top off the tank for our ride home, and I got the idea to do it out of the blue. Gas prices have subsided quite a bit since then...

 

Sienna was a one year only colour. Olds offered Sienna inside as well in the Cutlass and 442. My 71 Cutlass SX is Sienna in and out.
