Unhappy 1970 442 Window Trim

Please help. I'm pulling my hair out trying to wind the rear window trim as well as the driver door trim. Does anyone know where I can find them and order them? Seems like most places want an exchange, but mine have been missing since I bought it 5 years ago. I don't need the drip rail molding. On the rear window there are 2 chrome exterior pieces. One on the top and one on the side. Please help.

Welcome aboard. Your post is a bit confusing mostly because of your terminology.
Door trim has a wide variety of applications. Are you asking about the window sweeps at the top of the door? These are often referred to as window fuzzies and are reproduced. Drip rail moldings are not part of the door.

Do you mean these?

3/4 window?? Do you mean the quarter glass at the back of the car? The trim that goes on those is a combination of chromed steel and rubber insert

Maybe post a picture of the problem area to help us out a bit? Ahh, ok, I see you uploaded a pic while I was typing.

You have a 'post' coupe, and as far as I know, no one reproduces the stainless for those at this time. Where are you located? There may be some guys on site who part out cars living close by.

I'm in California. This trim seems to be the most difficult to find.

Ok, one of the guys really not that far from you is John McNeel. Goes by 2blu442 on this site. If you attach that pic to a PM (private message) he'll know exactly what you need and let you know if he's got it. He has tons of parts for these cars. His PM address is: 2blu442.

I sent him an e-mail and copied you in. You should be able to see the trim pieces in my e-mail.
