Hello got time to pull front wheels off of car and noticed that both front left and right rotors got a nice size groove in center of rotor is that normal? not making any noise, could have someone let the pads dig in that bad and then just replaced the pads? I am new to the car but never seen a center groove on a rotor before someone please help thanks

Likely a wear indicator for those turning the rotors. As long as they clean up without taking off the groove, they are safe to keep using..
