Haven't seen it, but if it really is a 3 spd. manual it is unusual--not necessarily desirable, but unusual. The 3 spd. was the standard manual trans. The 4 spd. was the option. The 3 spd. was a Ford unit, I believe.

$10,000 is $5,000 too much for a 69 needing a total restoration. 1 of 80 is pure speculation. Three speeds weren't all that rare. Finding one that still has the three speed is rare, but like was said above, rare is not necessarily desireable.

good point.....but the fact that it's still around has me wondering why it's, well, still around. i'm sure others have looked at it already. I will try to reach the owner tomorrow and report what i find out.
