Suggest that you post this in the "cars for sale" section. Include some photos (more than just that little one in your avatar), features, location (city), and phone number.

Well, you gotta learn. You want to sell this car or not? A three-word description and a price is not going to do it. The most important thing you can do is post lots of photos, including interior, exterior, trunk, engine, and underneath. Most people who will see it on here will not live close enough to come to where the car is for a casual inspection. But they're not going to decide to make the multi-hundred or multi-thousand mile trip on the basis of a few words. They need to see something that tells them it's worth the trip.

The old saying was never more true when it comes to selling cars: A picture is worth a thousand words. I would change that to "a picture is worth TWO-THOUSAND words" in the case of selling cars!

You can also set up an account at a place like photobucket.com, upload your photos there, and then just provide a link to the album on this site. It's completely free.

Posting photos using this site's method is ok if you've got maybe no more than half a dozen. But if you've got 20 or 30 pics, and you could easily have that many if you want to thoroughly photograph the car, the photobucket route is the easier way to go.

The other advantage to using something like photobucket is that you can post the link to your album anywhere you want. Craigslist, here, other Olds sites, other car-for-sale sites, etc. If you post the photos only on this site, only people who see this site will see them. Granted, this is a pretty hardcore Oldsmobile site, but there are many people, including people who might be interested in you car, who never visit classicoldsmobile.com.

In short, you want to market your car as widely as possible, and posting the pics to a general photo site like photobucket makes that easier as you have to upload the pics only once. After that, it's only a link that you will be posting.
