How to align door window glass to seal in rubber ?

I believe there are some Youtube videos that show how to do it. I had stripped my 69 Cutty conv for painting and had to fix a rear window and watched them but honestly I couldn't get them right. I was in a hurry and just wanted to get it on the road. I have it apart again and will be very patient and check all parts for possible wear and rewatch the videos.
