Finding Fifteens that Fit...

[Yes, I misread "15x7" as "17" before, but I'm all better now...]

In my search for wheel covers I found these on Craigslist for $45:

It says they're from a 1971 or '72 Olds (no more info on model, etc.) and "The overall size of the hubcaps is 15 1/4" diameter. The inner part that attaches to the wheel is 14 3/4" diameter."

I'd be interested if they'll work on the stock 15" steel wheels on my '89 Custom Cruiser as I cannot find any "wires" and I fear for the plastic rings on my current non-Custom Cruiser covers.

At $45 they seem to offer a good value (as you'd spend that on Walmart plastic ones), and they look pretty snazzy. But I'd appreciate some feedback before I spend my Xmas money on them.

Thanks in advance,

Drew

I believe I tossed a stack of wheel covers a while back, but if you see any hub caps you like in these photos they're yours for the cost of shipping

Those look pretty decent. I believe they would fit, Oldsguy had a similar pair on his 76 98 Regency.

I have a stack of at least 8 of those. They came off a 72 88 and 72 98 I know for sure and were on 15" wheels. I would ship a set to you for $40, let me know if you want them, thanks.
