66 Toronado Upholstery
I am about to get my 66 back from the body shop and am searching for new seat covers. Seems as though the toronado is rare enough that the companies I have found don't do the stock covers for a toronado. If any of you have been successful in finding a place that will sew a 66 Toronado stratobench please let me know who they are and I will give them more business. Thanks!

I'm also looking for a shop to recover my 66 Toro bench seat. It was hard to track down the original vinyl, but SMS Auto Fabrics had the bronze colors that were an exact match. Check them out if you cant find matching vinyl.
But getting the material is only half the battle, I suppose.

You won't find anyone doing Toronado reproduction seat covers. They'll be a cut and stitch job at your local upholsterer. Unless you have a common vinyl color and grain, odds are you'll have to source the material yourself from SMS or other specialty source.
It's not so much the Toro's rarity as it is demand for them. Even A-body guys with cloth seats have to get them custom made, because all the repro stuff is vinyl.
