1966 to 1969 Toronado Hideaway Headlamp Vacuum Diagrams

Here are the 1966 to 1969 Toronado Hideaway Headlight Diagrams. I have color coated all the lines to correspond with original factory hoses. I have also added the hose size for anyone who is doing hose replacements. Personally, I have found buying colored silicone vacuum replacement hose online very useful and helpful with future troubleshooting. 1968 and 1969 headlight systems are the same, except there is not red hose going from the control valve to the headlight switch. I hope this information is useful to everyone…

Good info. One correction on 68. W34 cars have an additional vacuum switch in radiator tank to open the headlight grilles during high coolant temp conditions.
