Buy a Olds only 350 convertor gives about 1,500 stall

Stall speed is relative to numerous variables: vehicle weight, camshaft, traction, etc. What has been done to your engine? I have several high stall convertors, from various applications. T-350 and T-400 convertors will interchange, except the '65-'67 T-400 switch pitch.
