New member looking for a '68 4-4-2

Hello new member here. Great site! My first car was an original '68 4-4-2, 400, 4-speed in excellent condition. Bought it for $600 in 1976. Loved that car. Unfortunately, a year later, at 17 and in typical teenager idiocy, I totaled it showing off. Recently I became nostalgic & decided to see if I could find another one. Original, restored cars are more than I want to spend so I'm looking for one I can restore.

Thanks!

You're still going to have to pay decent money for a driving project for such a desirable car. Good luck in your search.

BTW, got any pics of your original you can share? 😁

Welcome. In that same time frame, a friend of mine traded in his '68 442, four speed car, on a used '70 442. His '68 was Nocture Blue. I would love to stumble across one like it.
