Dynamat products

I am re-doing some of the interior of my 68 442 and after doing some research I saw that Dynamat make the best products for heat and noise reduction. They have many products and layers that can be used but I wonder what would fit best on my 68 442. My primary interest is heat transfer reduction but lower noise as well. If anyone as used their products please share your experience and which products (thickness and name) you have used.
