I learned something today...

Had to tighten up the screw for the turn signal lever on my '72 Supreme and was geared up to remove the lock plate to access the screw. Once I got the wheel and hub off, I realized that the lock plate actually has an access hole for the screw. All I had to was turn the plate about 1/4 inch and I was able to tighten the screw without removing the lock plate...easy day. And don't worry, everything stayed in place as far as steering wheel alignment.

Dunno if anyone else knew this, but just wanted to share,😀

Norm - your attitude about this post is not accurate. I think many readers will find something that someone else had learned to be very informative.
Thanks for sharing Dave.

I always look at threads entitled "I learned ..." or similar. Now I learned something too.
