Fuel cell for '70 442

Folks, anyone currently have a fuel cell in their 68-72 A-body? If yes, what size? Trying to decide between 10 and 15gal. Not for racing; occasional, light street driving. (NOTE: I have a new tank/sending unit. Not in a position to install now). Both should fit...10 will be easier, 15 will get me more range but will be tighter. Is a 15 too tight/difficult to work with?

Before people scold me.....try searching for "fuel cell". Any time the word "fuel" appears anywhere in a thread, it comes up. Not helpful.

Not scolding but have to ask why. Tanks are not that hard to install and sounds like you already have a new one waiting in the wings. Even if you are not in a position to install it now, a shop could probably do it for less than the cost of a fuel cell.

Dane, there's some rot in trunk, particularly on the underside. Unfortunately, it's the worst where the tank straps attach (drivers side strap is already very unstable). I need new trunk pans welded in but I'm not there yet. It'll be a few years and I'd really like to be able to drive my car a little in that time. I'm confident the rest of the trunk can support the fuel cell.
