Texas / Oklahoma guys going to Pate Swap meet?
I hope to have the red 69 Camaro ready to take out there. I've been busting my *** on it the last couple of nights. I'll also be looking for anything I can find thats priced right needing some minor TLC.

I will be going Saturday. Can't go until then because the MIL broke her ankle and wife works during the week, so I'm caregiver. QuadQuad is going to have some spaces. You can call him for info.

I sold a reasonable amount of merchandise, and as always had some great face time with friendly faces and managed to not drag home a '59 Corvette convertible, so all is well at La Hacienda. Hope your Camaro drew an equally enthusiastic crowd! Good weather, good food/drink, great people injected with an easy going automotive theme, the only thing lacking was a live band!! (Of course top fuel drag racing experiences might surpass, but I digress). Although the Internet may very well kill the swap meet experience, I intend to ride the wave as long as it brings me joy!

Didn't have time to have the Camaro ready for Friday so just blew it off and went. I picked up a 64 Galaxie Friday morning but after looking at the quality of the Camaros and prices asking I had to get mine there. Left early Friday and thrashed on the Camaro till midnight. It was sold with in 2 hours Saturday morning.
To end my Saturday took money from the 69 and went and put a down payment on mama's new baby hauler to offset her having to drive a beat up minivan most of the time. Now no matter how thick the invoice folder gets on the 54' she aint sayin' a word.

Its a survivor. Only rust anywhere is tiny bit in bottom of 1/4s. Lots of small dents dings scratches most of the car is in original paint. New top, exhaust, starter, alternator, brakes, and original 352 motor just rebuilt punched 60 over. 3 speed standard trans. I just won and ebay auction for 15x7 and 15x8 Torq Thrust D's so I can sell the ugly wheels that are on it. Two different people were trying to buy it while I was counting out the money. One guy I have seen on one of them TV shows Snooze you loose
I gotta get $16,500 out of it
