Anyone on here had any dealings with Andy Miller?
just curious as to what anyone 's experience is/ was.
Not looking for any generalizations ( we all have those opinions of people), but real experience.

If you perform a Search (upper right-hand corner of page) of the terms "Andy Miller" (include quotes), you can review numerous first-hand discussions.

Unique people

I had a machinist I was using once. He was actually very very good...but crazy opinionated. I had him do me a 355 sbc lower end and a set of new Dart iron 200cc heads for a street/ drag car. I do all my own assembly. Car had a hydraulic cam that was 246/ 253 @ .050. He balanced it, etc. Ran great. Ran high 11's.
I decided I wanted to upgrade to a solid roller cam. Engine had speed pro Hypereutectic flat tops in it. He told me point blank: you can't do it with those pistons..." I won't do it".
So, i bought new aluminum heads from Profiler that were ready to go....since he wouldn't do the conversion/ upgrade on the iron heads. I didn't have anyone else to take the iron heads to at the time.
i pulled the engine, did the swap, and the car went low 11's with that combination. Ran like that for over 2 years....
Ironically, since he said "you can'tdo that".
Im sharing this story because it's a " parallel" to the above mentioned person, if you get where im going.

Norm, the link didn't work. As Norm said though, all you have to do is search for the name with the magnifying glass on our website.
