Good cam numbers

Good cam numbers

What do you guys think about theses specs. Recommend by Howard’s. Will this get it done I’m looking to build a street car. I want a roudy idle good power.
425 motor . Muncie 4 speed. 342 rear hollley efi. A body car.

I think it would sound really rowdy. I think the 109 LSA is on the tight side and would promote a higher dynamic compression ratio and thus be more prone to knock and ping on pump premium. I would like it with a LSA of 112 or even 114.

I have a hook on a nice used set of edelbrock heads. Probably I good idea to run these w that cam? The alternative was a set of KA heads.
