Howards cam?

Anyone have an opinion or experience with this cam?

Part# 511431-10
Operating RPM Range 2,400-6,000 RPM
281/287 adv duration
227/233 dur @ .050
.512/.512 lift

It looks similar on paper to the Comp 268XE except for the operating range.

425, bored .030 over to at leasst 432, B heads w/big valves, CR will depend on the cam but in the 9.25-10.0:1 range. Haven't decided whether or not to stroke it to 462 yet. Basic hipo street build for an 80's G-body.

That's bigger than a Comp 268.
I'd do an Erson TQ50, 228/235 on 110. Lift is .504 on both.
If the heads have had some work then I have a 228/236 with .568 lift.

Thanks
