I think it is a little wheel on my Olds and Cragar since I like a lot, I wanted to ask you what you think of these, or if you have any tips on line 1967 Delmont 88
thanks

What kind of Tires do you have now? Do you have drum brakes front and rear?

If you have good white letter tires now, get the Cragars. No money spent on tires...spend money on rims and painting brake drums.

If you need to buy tires, get some white walls and racing discs (http://www.hubcapmike.com/rdc01-15.html). You'll spend money on tires...but, only $100 on hub caps to cover stock rims.

now I have the original wheels were fitted when I took the car 2 years ago, are in poor condition and measuring different from those which show the service manual, I have drum brakes both front to rear.
the tire size does not remember, I will watch tomorrow.

I'd like to mount a 15 "x8" rear and 15 "x7" and the front tires with white lettering

I think 235 60 15 front and 255 60 15 in the rear with this rim size will look good....

CS71,

I do not know if I would go too wide on the tires...rear tires may rub on fenderwells when on a bumpy road and front tires may limit turning radius.

Roads are scary here in Chicago area too...potholes so big they swallow your car. I would hate for you to spend a lot of money on tires to have them ruined by rubbing on the body. Is your car supposed to have 14" or 15" rims? I also think, once you start messing with changing the rim and tire size you will mess with the speedometer.

15x8 rear with 4" backspace and 275/60-15 tires will fit fine. I wouldn't go bigger than 225/70-15 on the front.
My Delmont has 235/70-15's all around and the fronts do rub the inner fender slightly on full-lock turns. Still a lot of room in the rear. No problem with speedo accuracy either - the original 14" bias-ply tires were skinny but tall, so the 15" aren't that much different in diameter.

Thanks. They're old Motor Wheel Spyders that I bought on eBay and restored myself.

your Delmont is fabulous, I watched her often when I was in ricirca parts on the web, I saw red and dicievo Delmont always this "beautiful".
if you have already installed these tires I can try to get a used pair from a friend and do the tests.
thanks

the wire wheels in Italy are not so fashionable, are mounted only on cars with low riders.
the hub cabs I have found on ebay a long time ago the original, but if those in your photos are much much more beautiful than I have.
the Crag and are my favorites

These are my all-time favorite classic Cragar wheels!
1967web_61_15_inch_SS1240452125.jpg
If I'm not mistaken... I thought the center cap background color was light blue.
My '74 Gremilin-X would have looked good with these. Hell, any car would look good with these wheels!

i changed my mind for wheels, I'll take the Crag SS, with a photo program I have seen the result with the eliminator and are not happy, a car seems too recent.
better SS.
8 "x15" rear, and 7 "x15" front and 275/60-15 tires do you think?
