Adding power windows

Putting a factory power window setup into a car that never had them. Have all of the factory wiring and it looks pretty straight forward to put it in, just wondering if there are any tips or things to watch out for on the installation?
I figure it's best to grease everything before putting it in, what is the best grease to use on the gear teeth.
Anything I should do with the motor before install?
Thanks.

Only use silicone grease on the plastic gears and rollers (and be sure to grease the tracks). Petroleum-based grease will eventually attack the plastic.
