Headlight and starter wiring problem

Well the 69 H/O is pretty much back toget but there is a couple things i need to know and have questions about.

Problem 1:
Can someone take a picture and show me where the starter solenoid wire plugs into on the column? I think from reading other posts that it is a purple wire but i want to make sure so i can make sure i will be using the right one... Hopefully when cutting out some of the useless HVAC wires i didnt accidentaly cut that one ><. Also i sem to have a blue wire that is sticking out below the transmission that i cant see where it goes and what it is for, this one doesnt seem to be the solenoid wire do to when i multimeter tested it i got nothing outta it for volts when cranking the car.

Problem 2:
Since i had the battery hooked up i decided to test my lights blinkers and brake lights to see if they still worked. WEEELLLLL..... the blinkers in the front worked along with the bottom front blinkers and when the lights are on both settings, the rear lights worked fine too, but for some stupid reason my headlights dont want to come on at all. not on HI or LO beams. all four of them are out.

Anyone able to help me out on these

as always TIA

That is a relay, and was probably for the blower fan. Just curious why you would cut out wires. Why not just leave them under the dash if you weren't going to use them.

Need to pull out the wiring diagram and start checking your powers and grounds for the headlight circuits.
