69 Cutlass headlight, turn signal and brake light problem

I have a 69 Cutlass and recently started having some problems with my brake lights and turn signals

With the headlights off, everything functions normal, except the right turn signal is a little slower than the left.

With the headlights on, the brake lights do not work and only the left turn signal works. The right turn signal light on the dash turns on, but that's it.

What I have done - replaced headlight switch, replaced turn signal flasher, replaced brake light and parking light fuses, replace brake light bulbs

Has anyone experienced something like this?

Thanks

Check all your bulbs and sockets for corrosion. That's usually why these problems occur - no voltage transfer and bad grounds. All these older cars are heavily dependent on grounds.
