Convertible Top - 30A Breaker Wiring

Convertible Top - 30A Breaker Wiring
I have a '68 Cutlass with a convertible top and no other power accessories. The 30A breaker is mounted on the driver's side firewall. The wiring is somewhat cut up. I have one red w/ black stripe wire and one plain black wire that looks like they were hooked up to it.
Can anyone with a convertible top verify this or take of pic of what they have? Yes, I looked at the service manual wiring diagram...it didn't help.

Texas69,
Thanks for the quick and detailed reply. Apparently, there has been more re-wiring on my '68 than I thought. I have the service manual. Apparently I need to get the assembly manual as well.
Thanks again, Mike

The wiring diagram is in the Service Manual, not the Factory Assembly Manual for 68. The assembly manual won't tell you much of anything about the convertible top wiring other than the 30 amp breaker location, switch location, and wire routing. It doesn't have much for color identification either. It's section/page 12-115 and 12-131 of the 68 manual

allyolds68,
I have the wiring diagram from the service manual. I did not find the red w/black stripe wire in it anywhere. I will start to track the wires this weekend. Thanks, Mike
