1967 Delta 88 rear axle ID?

Hey all!

I have a 1967 Olds Delta 88. I'm looking for some sort of locker for the third member but can't find out was type of differential i have.

By looking at the cover shape and counting the number of bolts, I think it's a 10-bolt 8,2".
On the carrier there's some castings saying:
G(or C)136
9787883
On the ring the a number : 4114CM 966HH
I have counted 31 splines on the axles?

Can anyone please help me!

Pictures pictures pictures

SEND SOME PICTURES.... How many bolts on the cover ?

If you have 31 spline it is NOT a 10 bolt 8.2.

31 spline axles were used in Pontiac 8.875
12 bolt olds full size

Waiting for your pictures.

That's the big Pontiac rear. 10 bolt cover, 12 bolt ring gear. I just sold a posi and 3.23 gears to this guy last month: http://www.rearsgears.com/
Check with him if Jim doesn't have something for you.

You won't find parts for that rearend at Summit. New gearsets are available from Fabcraft. You'll have to find a used posi differential.
As I said earlier, Gevo's has one in stock now. I sold it to him. Check with monzaz, too.
Otherwise, hey show up from time to time on eBay or you can try the Pontiac sites like performanceyears.com.
