Lost comes back on tonight!!!

I'm happy the show is back on tonight, but sad that it's the final season. I sure hope they answer some questions!!! I'm sure that they will leave us with more questions, though!

They're going to re-cap the first 5 seasons before the premiere shows, so I have to watch it because I can't remember everything that's gone on - it's gotten really confusing! Any other fans out there???

I'm lost. What is Lost?

I'm more of a Star Trek / A-Team guy.

I found you - so you're not LOST anymore! LOL!

Lost is about survivors of a plane crash who are on an island - no way to really explain it. Time warps, smoke monsters, polar bears, dead people.... hard to keep up with what's happening, but it has been a very good show. Sawyer and Desmond are gonna be lookin fine tonight, I'm sure!! LOL!!

I spend as little time watching TV as possible. Maybe the speed channel sometimes, or nature shows, or old movies. Can't stand the commericals that take up the better part of the programming.

One of the worst shows ever. It is called Lost for a reason, as it makes no sense whatsoever.

Sorry Sandy.

I think poor Sandy has been watching TV Land on cable with the old shows and is confused.
The polar bears and time warp stuff is right but it was a boat that crashed into the island.
I guess Gilligan and the Skipper woud be "fine" in her eyes, Gilligan does have a sort of Slap Chop Vince thing going on and does get hit in the head with a coconut and thinks he's Tarzan in a few episodes.

It does say Lost twice in the title song, maybe that's the confusion??

"If not for the for the courage of the fearless crew
The Minnow would be lost
The Minnow would be lost."

Or is it Mr. Howell and the professor that are this so called "fine" Sandra?
Money and brains makes makes guys real fine to some women.
Money makes guys super-fine looking to all women.
You could never accuse me of being good looking or smart so I'm safe.

Or was it that show with the family that goes into space on a flying saucer? It has the robot and their daughter Penny has that pet Blip creature/chimp wearing a furry crash helmet with ears?
Dr. Smith the commie hanging with the kid all the time was weird.
I guess the robot would be around if anything happened?
Stranger-Danger Will Robinson!!!
Stranger-Danger Will Robinson!!!

Don't fret Sandy, I heard the "Lost" cast is going to be back next year and the show is going to be called "Found.... A reason to keep this lousy show on the air for one more season".

Could you or Rob design a TV that automatically Mutes TV commercials.

They drive me to drink [and it's a short trip]

My wife and daughter watch that show, the gang of two.
I walk in the room when they're watching it and they give me a dirty look and tell me to get out...just get out!!! I always very loudly keep asking why while standing in front of the TV and they get upset for some reason?

I'm not on the bottom of the totem pole at home, I'm the part buried in the ground.

Its on when I at work my wife likes it. I have tried to watch it. Its not for me, but I like shows my wife doesn't. That why they make a lot of different shows, because everyone has different taste.

Or gets rid of them completely! I think they show 10 minutes of commercials for every 3 minutes of the show! I like to record shows and then can fast forward through the commercials when I watch them!

I wish there was a **** on the TV to turn up the intelligence. I've tried turning "Brightness" but it doesn't help.

Redgoat says s'alright Queeksdraw.

I'm glad those pics were first, the second pics ruined everything.

I could really say something about Gilligan and coconuts again but I won't for my own health.

Look at that guy, what a hawk-like stare "Look at me, I know how to read things other people wrote and stare like a hawk."

Is that a mullet or is he going for the Wizard of Oz Dorothy look?

The caption for the second pic should be "Where do I stick this thing?"

I've seen that show before, been on a long time, did they shorten the name from Land of the Lost to Lost?

Any of these guys in it?

Hey Sandy, He's the same color as your car.... Sleestack green!

He would look good with chebby stripes.

Lost....I watched the first episode or two and it did nothing for me. Have not watched an episode since.

Now if you want to talk about a show that hooked me...... I made the mistake of watching the first episode of 24 8 years ago. I have not been able to miss one since.

As for commercials DVR is your friend. I don't watch commercials other the the 10 sec of fast forward.

I can't get in to 24 - I tried watching it a few times when it first came out, and I'm like you with LOST. Nothing. Yep... we have a DVR and use the FF often!

So... how was the show?

I haven't watched a drama on TV since Grizzly Adams and B.J. and the Bear.

I DVR'd 4 hours of the Barrett-Jackson auction and fast forwarded through the commercials and it was about a half hour.

I enjoyed the heck out of it!! It was as confusing as ever... Juliet was still alive after she set off the bomb, somehow, Sawyer went down in the hole to get her out, and she died in his arms.... he was so pissed at Jack!! They kept showing pics of the group on the plane - Charlie was there - he died on the island before; Boone was there - he also died on the island before; they lost Jacks father's body in Australia, seems it never made it on the plane... but it was there when the plane crashed way back when..... Locke isn't really Locke... he's the guy that is the smoke monster thingy.... Locke is still dead.... Sayid died, which really made me sad, but at the end of the show he was waking up, so he didn't die.... Kate kicked the Fed guys butt - again! (You go girl!) So that must have been at the beginning of the show when they were all on the plane and it didn't crash? There was Claire in a cab when Kate got in... Claire also died previously on the island.. There was a whole nother group of people on the island we never saw before - past, present, future?? Who knows! Keeps you guessing! LOL!!

I've watched every season of Lost and still think they have too many inconsistencies and too many un-answered questions. DVR is the only way since almost nothing happens in an episode. I can't imagine it will all make sense this season. But I'll watch anyway.
24 has been a great show. This season is starting weak but we'll see. Jack needs to start kicking A$$ and it will be back on top.
