Michigan legalized pot a while back, first medical, then anyone over 21. You can have it delivered to your home.
Everything is regulated and tested before it can be sold.
All its done is kill the black market

OKlahoma legalized pot a few years back for med purposes, now there is a pot store on every corner and 2 in between. I think it's a fad and will "weed" itself out over time.
