Disc Brakes on a 49

Hi all, Does anyone know of a disc brake conversion kit made for a 49 olds 2 dr coupe? If not any ideas on how to improve the stock brake system? This thing is scary above 50 mph! Thanks in advance

I doubt there is an aftermarket supplier that has a disc conversion kit for your car; however, there are manufacturers like Disc Brake Mike that put together do-it-yourself kits for various classics. Search for "Disc Brake Mike" on our search function and I am sure you will find some good info.
