Tri-Carb Air Cleaners and Linkage

Just got done eliminating the goofy 'Mr. Gasket' type wing nuts from the air cleaners and hooked up my custom linkage that opens up the rear carb. It's an 11 inch aluminum tube 5/16 in diameter with swedged ends and RH/LH end links. Because I know someone will ask 'Does it flex?' I filled the rod with epoxy type material. So the answer is no, doesn't flex. I love car crafting stuff. Being unique is artwork for me. I hope you enjoy.

Nice work. Those are the Demon 2bbls? Do they come in the 2GC pattern normally, or is that a special order? I'm interested to see how they run.

Looks good George.

If you need any other heims or rods let me know. I likely have some spares at the race shop.

Can i swing by to see the heads after they arrive?

Joe those are Demons but with a standard Holley pattern. If you look closely at the pictures you can see the 1/2 inch adapter plates underneath them. I have the Rochesters if anyone is looking for a trio.

Yeah Pete of course you can. Cam, lifters and oil pan will be coming with them. I think I'm going to use my other block though, need to dig that out. I found a local guy who is supposedly the best around here for machine work.

If you need a machine shop / engine builder let me know. The guy that does our chevy race engines is well versed in Oldsmobiles. He's not local to you, he's in Ct.

His engines powered the 2010 Nascar National Champion's car. The points run until Sep but this car and engine combo is so dominant they clinched the title last week and there is still 4 weeks to go in the points season.
